2026 3rd World Conference on Computer Science and Information Security (WCCIS 2026)


From July 10 to 12, 2026, the 2026 3rd World Conference on Computer Science and Information Security (WCCIS 2026) Security successfully concluded at Huizhou University. The conference featured keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster sessions, and networking breaks during coffee breaks, attracting over 100 experts and scholars who gathered to discuss cutting-edge technologies and future trends in the fields of computer science and information security. The conference was hosted by Huizhou University and organized by its School of Computer Science and Engineering. It was co-organized by the Huizhou Computer Information and Network Security Association, the Huizhou Software Industry Association, the Huizhou Computer Society, the Huizhou Guangdong University of Technology Internet of Things Collaborative Innovation Research Institute, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Huizhou City Vocational College, Huizhou Engineering Vocational College, and Huizhou Economic Vocational and Technical College. The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over byXiaohuan Zhang, Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Huizhou University.Xiaohui Wei, Vice President of Huizhou University, delivered a welcome address on behalf of the organizers. She introduced to the guests the university' s and the School of Computer Science and Engineering’s achievements and strengths in program development, university-industry collaboration, and the field of information technology. She expressed her hope that experts and scholars would spark cutting-edge innovations through their discussions and offer suggestions for the university’s development, and she wished the conference every success.


This conference is honored to have invited five distinguished experts to deliver keynote speeches, presenting a high-level academic feast for the attendees: IEEE Fellow Professor Jianfeng Zeng from the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Professor Huisi Wu, Director of the National Virtual Simulation Teaching and Experiment Center, from Shenzhen University; Professor Changdong Wang, Deputy Director of the Guangdong Key Laboratory of Big Data Analysis and Processing, from Sun Yat-sen University; Professor Tao Lei, Associate Dean of the School of Electronic Information and Artificial Intelligence, from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology; and Professor Jing Qin, Director of the Smart Health Research Center of the School of Nursing, from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The afternoon session of parallel academic forums was moderated by ProfessorZexiao Liang from Huizhou University. Eleven young scholars delivered oral presentations on hot topics related to computer science and information security. The event featured lively exchanges of ideas and a vibrant atmosphere on-site, along with enthusiastic online interaction, resulting in a rich and dynamic academic exchange. The conference received submissions from numerous universities and research institutions, including the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and City University of Hong Kong. These contributions not only demonstrated the scholars’ in-depth exploration and innovative practices in the field but also injected new vitality into its development.

With a millennia-old cultural heritage, Luofu’s ink-stained charm carries on the legacy of Su Dongpo; as a city at the forefront of innovation, the bay’s billowing sails herald the new voice of Dagang. The Third Conference on Computer Science and Information Security has established a high-level platform for exchange among scholars and practitioners in related fields, promoting the deep integration of cutting-edge theories and applied technologies. We look forward to witnessing everyone’s achievements and progress in even more fields in the future.
